Information connected to the website
The website and its providers may process ordinary access, security, device, and download records. Stripe processes payment and transaction information. If you join the paperback list, request support, submit a gift invitation, or opt in to purchaser updates, we process the information you provide for that purpose.
Builder answers
The tested builder version did not transmit interview answers to 5 Talents through the tested creation flow. This finding does not include website logs, payment and fulfillment records, downloads, user-initiated support, browser or device services, synchronized folders, AI providers, or later untested releases.
Local files and AI handoff
A file written locally may still be backed up, synchronized, indexed, or visible to other authorized device users. If you provide a file to an AI service, that provider's terms, settings, memory, training, privacy, and retention practices apply.
How information is used
We use information to process payment, deliver the product, operate requested forms, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain records, comply with law, and send updates when you expressly request them.
Paperback and marketing choices
The paperback form is used for the paperback announcement and related fulfillment information. It does not automatically enroll you in unrelated marketing. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Gift recipients
A gift recipient should receive a limited claim invitation. A gift invitation does not automatically create a marketing subscription. The recipient may accept or ignore it.
Children
This release is directed to adults. Do not submit identifying information about a child through the builder, support, or gift process.
Retention and requests
We retain records as reasonably needed for delivery, support, accounting, security, legal obligations, and product operations. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, email abel5talentscapital@gmail.com. Some transaction and legal records may need to be retained.
Service providers
Current service providers include Netlify for website hosting and forms, and Stripe for payment processing. Any AI service chosen by a reader is a separate third party.
