Digital delivery
After payment, Stripe returns the purchaser to a fulfillment page where the digital reader can be opened. Save the reader according to the instructions on that page.
Delivery help
If the fulfillment page, reader, or promised file does not work, email abel5talentscapital@gmail.com with the purchase email and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive builder answers.
Refund requests
Request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if you cannot access the digital product, the delivered product materially differs from the purchase description, or support cannot resolve a material technical delivery failure.
We may first offer a corrected link, replacement file, or reasonable troubleshooting. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe and the buyer's financial institution.
Non-waivable rights
This policy does not limit rights that apply under the law of the purchaser's location.
